Cilantro-Lime Black Bean Dip

Yum!! I ate this tonight on a whole grain tortilla with sharp cheddar.
The lime and garlic give it its kick.

2 c. black beans cooked and rinsed (or 1 can drained and rinsed well)
1/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt
1 T. lime juice
1/4 t. salt
a few sprigs of fresh cilantro (or 1/2 t. dried cilantro)

Purée in blender

Makes about 2 cups
